Food Policy Statement

As a company Dining by Design believe in supporting local and regional suppliers from the United Kingdom, and we would like to highlight the use of these products and keep our customers informed about what we buy, where we buy it from and make sure we produce to the highest quality and standard for all to enjoy.

We feel that as our customers become ever more focused, not only on the quality of their food but also the provenance and sustainability of it too we are well placed to exceed customer expectation in this area, we try to work with suppliers who operate sustainable sourcing practices such as Red Tractor and the Marine Stewardship Council and will work with co-operatives where appropriate.

As a company we want to produce wherever possible fresh home- made food across our business, we particularly encourage maximising the seasonality of our produce to ensure best prices and above all quality is met, however, it will always be necessary to use imported food in order to meet the demands and expectations of our more diverse customer base.
