Iwas going to write and thank you as the staff were amazing.  When they arrived, I gave them a quick briefing of tasks that I wanted them to carry out, however, they went way beyond, using their initiative & carrying out jobs that I hadn't even thought of.  They were so hard working.  I will definitely recommend your company & will use you again for any functions that I organise.

We just wanted to express in writing our gratitude to the way in which you provided your service to our summer ball.

As you know, we had some concerns about our previous caterers, the main being the level and handling of assistance on the actual night. Providing the food and service in a marquee in a field for over 300 guests is not easy however you and your excellent team could not be faulted.

In previous years, we had had complains about people not getting their food at the same time as the rest of the table, the food has been cold and the waiting staff unhelpful. None of these could be applied to your organisation and the night ran very smoothly thanks to your co-ordination and commitment.

Well done to all of you and consider yourselves booked for the same event next year!
