Founded in 2002, Dining By Design was created because we felt there was a market for quality freshly prepared food for a variety of occasions, whether that be a wedding, corporate lunch, birthday or even funeral. Often as a customer you are restricted to have the menu’s chosen by the venue.

We specialise in food and each dish is freshly prepared for your occasion using quality fresh ingredients, we source and use as many local companies as we can to supply our produce, so we know where each ingredient comes from.

You can choose from any of our menus for your event, or you can speak directly with us and we can create a menu specifically for your event - this means we can also prepare dishes to suit a whole range of themed parties.


As experts in hospitality we can also plan & co-ordinate your wedding or event for you from start to finish.

NEIL DUDLEY

Neil co-founded the business in 2002 with Carrie, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and ideas to the business (and a touch of Northern Charm !!!).  Sadly, Neil passed away in May 2006 following a short illness.  Neil will always be fondly remembered by all who knew him - friends, colleagues and customers alike.

Neil will always remain a special part of Dining By Design
